About the position

The internship in Project, Change, and Stakeholder Management at ASML US focuses on supporting business transformation projects within the Capability Center. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to assess project requirements, leading change management processes, and assisting Project Managers in executing transformation initiatives. This position is designed for students pursuing degrees in relevant fields and aims to provide practical experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with technical and business users nationwide to solicit and refine project use cases and requirements
  • Create a strategy for user adoption of a new tool
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on impacts to their organizations
  • Create a communication campaign to raise awareness of the project
  • If time permits, execute the communication plan
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Working towards a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing or equivalent
  • Familiar with business project management
  • Familiar with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects
  • Familiar with running projects using waterfall and agile methodology
  • Familiar in using lean methodology
  • Experience with working in a (project) team
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.
