As an intern in electrical or computer engineering, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions in areas such as electronic warfare, antennas, sensors, and signal processing. In this role, you will engage in various projects that may involve rapid electronic prototyping, advanced manufacturing, and system analysis. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team to develop and test solutions in electronic warfare, antennas, sensors, and signal processing.
  • Apply knowledge of electrical engineering theory to real-world projects.
  • Engage in rapid electronic and hardware prototyping and advanced manufacturing.
  • Participate in maritime system development and acoustic modeling.
  • Contribute to the design and analysis of SONAR systems and transducers.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time student pursuing an accredited degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering theory and concepts such as digital signal processing, wireless communications, and embedded security.
  • Sustained excellence in academic performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in an internship or research/lab position related to electrical or computer engineering.
  • Hands-on skills in one or more programming languages.
  • Demonstrated interest in serving the public.
