You will be involved in projects that encompass a wide range of technical areas, such as signal processing, embedded security, and rapid prototyping. Your contributions will help us develop, evaluate, and test practical solutions that facilitate technology transition and inform acquisition processes. Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to apply knowledge in electrical or computer engineering.
  • Engage in projects related to electronic warfare, antennas/electromagnetics, sensors/radar, and signal processing.
  • Contribute to communications, SIGINT, spectrum, and position, navigation, and timing (PNT) projects.
  • Assist in electronics and embedded security initiatives.
  • Participate in rapid electronic and hardware prototyping and advanced manufacturing tasks.
  • Support maritime system development, including acoustic & ocean modeling and SONAR system analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time student pursuing an accredited degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering theory and relevant areas such as digital signal processing, wireless communications, and embedded software.
  • Sustained excellence in academic performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in applying electrical or computer engineering knowledge in an internship or research/lab position.
  • Hands-on skills in at least one programming language.
  • Demonstrated interest in serving the public.
