About the position

As an Interoperability Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interoperability solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers, payers, and partners. This role involves gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring seamless data exchange to improve clinical and financial outcomes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, goals, challenges, and technical needs, and translate these requirements into technical specifications.
• Create high-level architectural and design specifications, with attention to system integration, interoperability, and feasibility analysis.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Present designs, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders, gather feedback, and align solutions with interoperability standards and compliance while maintaining requirement integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the solution is implemented according to the specifications and best practices.
• Deliver expert-level support for complex integration challenges.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, quality, and advocate for process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong background in healthcare and/or Medicaid homecare.
• Experience in revenue cycle operations.
• Familiarity with standard interoperability data exchange formats (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs).
