About the position

The Interventional Cardiology position at Valley Health System in Winchester, Virginia, offers an opportunity to join a collaborative team of 5 Interventional Cardiologists within a growing Heart and Vascular Program. Responsibilities

• Join a team of 5 Interventional Cardiologists in a collaborative environment.
• Participate in research and teaching opportunities.
• Provide interventional cardiology services at Winchester Medical Center.
• Manage interventional call approximately 1 in 5, covering only one hospital.
• Utilize advanced cardiovascular facilities and technologies for patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Interventional Cardiology.
• Ability to obtain a medical license in Virginia and West Virginia.
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
• US citizenship is required as no Visa positions are available.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a high-volume interventional cardiology practice.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system.
