About the position
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will join the Interventional Radiology (IR) Division at Carle Foundation Hospital, focusing on both inpatient and outpatient care. This role requires a blend of clinical skills to manage a variety of medical conditions, providing high-level care with a significant degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient hospital care and outpatient bedside procedures.
- Manage clinic coverage for acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a team of Interventional Radiologists and other APPs.
- Function autonomously while ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Treat a broad spectrum of medical conditions, including vascular disease, oncology, renal failure, liver disease, and spine disease.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois registered nurse license.
- Advanced practice nurse or physician assistant licensure.
