About The Position
An Insight Global client in the Financial Services industry is seeking GCP Data Engineers to join their team in either Gurgaon, India or Bangalore, India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in building data pipelines and managing, transforming, and organizing big data. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product offerings and Google's big data technologies. The responsibilities will focus on addressing current challenges faced by the client, which include the scale of data where every customer and transaction is subject to Anti-Money Laundering investigations, the breadth of product and jurisdiction as money laundering is a global issue with local regulations, and technology fragmentation where existing processes are dispersed across multiple platforms. The client is in the process of developing a new Financial Crimes Platform aimed at integrating these elements into a more efficient and modern system.
