About The Position
The Software Quality Engineering Manager will lead a remote software testing team responsible for all QA/QE efforts related to the client's back-of-house application for restaurants. This role involves close collaboration with development and product teams to refine stories and facilitate Agile ceremonies. The manager will oversee a team of 8, focusing on improving velocity, tracking new releases, and identifying areas for process improvement, while also scaling the automation footprint over the next year.
