About the position

The UiPath Developer role is focused on implementing, managing, and continuously improving digital workplace technology and integrations. This position aims to automate repetitive tasks and reduce administrative overhead, enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. The Developer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure solutions align with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, ideation, and design of innovative automation solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of workplace automation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Continuously assess and improve the user experience of automation solutions by integrating user feedback and conducting usability studies.
• Stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies related to workplace automation, performing evaluations to identify potential partnerships or solutions.
• Ensure all workplace automation solutions comply with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in application design and Agile methodology.
• 2+ years of experience with UiPath Studio, Robot, and Orchestrator.
• 1+ year of experience with .Net, VB Script, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with MS Visual Studio and APIs.
• Familiarity with GitHub.
