About the position
Join our dedicated Recreation and Wellness (R & W) team as an Intramural Official. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in officiating and managing intramural sports games. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of the campus community through organized sports activities. Responsibilities
- Officiate intramural sports games
- Keep accurate scores and manage game records
- Ensure the safety and fair play of all participants
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of sports equipment and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to participants and spectators
- Promote MHU Rec & Wellness intramural programs and encourage student participation
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Experience in sports or officiating preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations (preferred)
