About The Position
The Head Coach is responsible for guiding student athletes in achieving a high level of skill, discipline, sportsmanship, and citizenship. The role involves overseeing and promoting the athletic program in accordance with NFHS, IHSA, and RPS #205 Board Policies and the athletic handbook. The Head Coach will ensure compliance with district requirements, manage team logistics, and foster a positive environment for student athletes.
