Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications and schedules.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify and address faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Act as a team leader at higher job levels to ensure work meets agreed targets.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machines and systems.
• Repair malfunctions of machines, systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Initiate improvements on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to work under general supervision and assist in training peers.
