The primary function of this role is to be the first point of contact for clients and deliver professional and high-quality customer service. This could include dealing with customers, clients, or third-party contacts and addressing their complaints. You will be empowered to take initiative while also following established procedures, processes, and systems to provide resolutions for customers. The role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to navigate between multiple systems and tools while assisting customers. You will enjoy working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
