About the position

This is a full-time on-site position at Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients, dealing with customers, clients, or third-party contacts and addressing any complaints they may have. This position does not involve cold calling, as all calls are inbound only. In this role, you will be empowered to take initiative while also following established procedures, processes, and systems to provide resolutions for customers.
