About the position

This is a full-time on-site position at Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry. The primary function of this role is to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service. This includes dealing with customers, clients, or third-party contacts and addressing any complaints they may have. The role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to navigate between multiple systems and tools while assisting customers.
