About the position

The Intune Architect role involves deploying, administering, and supporting Microsoft Intune within a hybrid work environment. The position requires expertise in preparing Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documents, reviewing existing SCCM setups, and validating Azure Hybrid requirements. The architect will also be responsible for managing Windows 10/11 OS deployments and ensuring effective software update distribution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, and support Microsoft Intune.
• Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documents.
• Review current SCCM setup and configuration.
• Validate Azure Hybrid requirements.
• Analyze and implement GPO/Device Configuration policies using Intune.
• Design, set up, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Desktop OS deployment with Azure/Microsoft 365.
• Configure Autopilot settings in Intune, including creating device profiles and applying profiles to onboarded devices.
• Manage Windows 10/11 OS deployment and update distribution using Mobile Device Management.
• Create provision profiles, configurations, and security profiles for managed client devices.
• Define roles for MDM and SCCM, including software distribution and policy management.
• Finalize co-management approach for user profiles and enable co-management as per approved design.
• Manage application lifecycle, including new, upgrade, and retire functionalities.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• 4 years of experience with Azure.
• 6 years of experience with Azure Active Directory.
• Good understanding of cloud services and tenant management.
• Familiarity with firewall/network/ports management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph Explorer and Log Analytics.
