About the position

The Intune System Administrator role is focused on managing and supporting an enterprise-level MECM/SCCM environment, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune and related technologies. This hybrid position requires both remote and onsite work in Raleigh, NC, and involves extensive knowledge of various computing systems and software management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 level support for Intune and related systems.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune, including MDM and MAM for various devices.
• Support and maintain the MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues as they arise.
• Document processes and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Lead implementation efforts to completion, managing timelines and resources.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops).
• Demonstrable skills with MECM, including inventory, software distribution, and patch management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting on an enterprise level.
• Knowledge of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage internal staff and contractors effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Azure and Intune for MDM and MAM.
• Familiarity with Crowdstrike for antivirus and firewall management.
• Some knowledge of Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications.
