About the position

Reeves International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst and Demand Planner to manage inventory and produce demand plans based on customer forecasts. The role involves analyzing sales trends and managing the demand planning processes, including leading Sales and Operations Planning meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and demand planning, with a focus on optimizing inventory levels to support sales across various business models.

Responsibilities

• Implement demand planning strategies and processes for a rolling 12-month planning horizon.
• Make SKU level adjustments based on demand changes and market trends.
• Use and maintain NetSuite for demand planning.
• Balance inventory between DTC and B2B businesses to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes support sales and inventory levels.
• Manage communication of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings and related tasks.
• Build demand plans, analyze them, and incorporate historical and market intelligence data.
• Consolidate demand plans for purchasing and operational planning.
• Establish minimum stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Prepare and report forecast measurements to management.
• Review forecast metrics and perform root cause analysis for variability.
• Collaborate on abnormal demand and execute agreed changes to the Demand Plan.
• Report excess inventory positions with recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as an inventory analyst or similar position.
• Advanced data analysis skills using inventory management software, preferably NetSuite.
• Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office.
• Extensive knowledge of S&OP procedures and best practices.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
