About the position
The Inventory Analyst position at KDC involves performing data entry and administrative tasks related to warehouse operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies in inventory data. The analyst will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other staff to ensure efficient inventory management and support overall warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform Cycle Counts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Transfer all finished product, components, and raw materials to appropriate bin locations in the SAP system.
- Reconcile discrepancies found in the finished product, component, and raw material inventories.
- Perform all inventory adjustments in the SAP system.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies/shortages to appropriate staff.
- Reconcile inventory count discrepancies discovered during data entry.
Requirements
- One year data entry experience.
- Two to three years inventory control experience.
- High school diploma.
- Basic Computer skills (knowledge of Macola a plus).
- Forklift Certification.
