The Inventory Analytics Manager at Fuchs Lubricants is a senior-level role focused on managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet operational and sales objectives. This position involves leading initiatives related to working capital, inventory rotation, and cost management while collaborating with various business functions to drive visibility and consistency in inventory practices. The role requires strong analytical skills to dissect complex data sets and present insights to senior management, ensuring the company maintains superior service and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business to sustainable inventory levels and targets.
• Focus on best-in-class practices related to Working Capital, Days Cost of Goods Sold, and Inventory Rotation.
• Monitor inventory levels and trends for successful optimization.
• Dissect large/complex data sets to drive business decisions.
• Present results and initiatives to senior and executive level management.
• Conduct regular check-ins with business function leads to track core KPIs and recommend actions to resolve gaps in inventory objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in supply chain, accounting, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory analytics.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills in Excel required.
• Experience with digital reporting software such as Power BI.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Practical thinker with excellent decision-making skills and solid business acumen.
