About the position

The Inventory and Revenue Management Analyst at Holiday Inn Club Vacations plays a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Management team by providing essential daily, weekly, and monthly reports. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, contributing to maximizing occupancy and profits from rental inventory across various properties.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain daily & weekly reports for the Revenue Team, including revenue pick-up report, pace report, and reservations grid.
  • Manage the upload and monitoring of available rental inventory via the Virtual Hotel to IHG's system.
  • Update and monitor length of stay restrictions to maximize inventory usage and generate revenues.
  • Create and monitor special program offerings for Club Members to increase bookings and utilization.
  • Make adjustments to rates, discounts, and restrictions based on direction from Revenue Managers during forecast weeks.
  • Support the Revenue Team with special projects, audits, accounting adjustments, and inventory transfers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 year equivalent preferred.
  • Timeshare or Travel industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is preferred.
  • Must be self-sufficient and a self-starter.
  • Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
  • Ability to work closely within a collaborative team environment and as an individual with moderate supervision.
  • Interest in professional growth within the field of Revenue Management.
