Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate seasonal inventory levels, both on-site and in storage
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Ability to execute company floor-sets
• Become familiar with brands, products, and prices to buy used clothing and accessories
• Restock store according to merchandising plans
• Provide guidance and training to junior employees

Requirements

• Retail and leadership experience
• Flexible availability (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, select holidays, etc)
• Ability to perform duties with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Easy adaptation to a new and fast-paced environment
• Ability to commute to offsite storage
