About the position

The Inventory and Replenishment Analyst at Amanda Blu & Co is responsible for managing inventory movement to retail customers, ensuring compliance with established processes. This role involves executing replenishment procedures, auditing transfers, and monitoring inventory levels to support the company's expansion of SCAN BASED TRADING programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute bi-weekly replenishment procedures for major retailers in collaboration with the Scan Based Trading Manager.
• Download and print replenishment sheets as needed.
• Conduct daily audits of inventory transfers and items shipped.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and collaborate with team members to prevent recurrence.
• Manage inventory levels at retail locations and in the distribution center.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory levels.
• Assist in replenishment and purchasing functions when necessary.
• Access vendor portals for merchandise presentations and product changeovers.
• Utilize ERP systems to create transfers, adjustments, and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Planning, Inventory Control, or Customer Service.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookups.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Prophet 21, SAP, Oracle, or Infor is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing a high volume of active purchase orders.
• Associate's degree preferred.
