About the position
The Inventory Associate position at 3PL Vision LLC involves managing inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the use of various tools and equipment to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient handling of goods. This is a contract position based in St. Louis, MO, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently perform tasks with all models of forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to hold and use scan gun/tablet and required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Computer data entry and correctly labeling of raw material and finished good stock.
- Sampling finished goods and raw material stock.
- Inventory counting and SAP inventory functions.
- Receiving goods in cooperation with T&D and Purchasing department.
- Regularly check inventory levels.
- Manage internal communications to other departments (email, TEAMS, Microsoft suite).
Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory/warehouse management concepts and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
