The Director of Human Resources fulfills a hands-on role as the department leader, responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing and coordinating the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring implementation of the agencies mission and talent strategy while maintaining legal compliance. The Director of HR will look to continuously improve all HR processes, procedure and systems eliminating redundancy and manual processes to increase overall efficiencies with the HR team.
