About the position

Sculpture Hospitality is seeking a part-time bar inventory auditor to conduct audits at various bars and restaurants in Central Houston and the Heights areas. The role involves early morning hours, typically starting between 4:00 and 5:00 am, and requires reliable transportation to travel to client locations. The auditor will utilize proprietary technology to weigh and count inventory, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in the auditing process.

Responsibilities

• Travels in personally-owned vehicle to client locations to provide service
• Performs regularly-scheduled audits of client assets
• Conducts audits using proprietary computer technology and equipment
• Compares/analyzes audits and sales data
• Tracks inventory week to week at multiple locations
• Scans and weighs items
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Strong time management and anticipative skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong work ethic and timeliness
• Attention to detail is required
• Must be able to use a computer and be comfortable with technology
