Responsibilities

• Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
• Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
• Monitor salon product levels to prevent stock outs and notify management of shortages for timely reordering.
• Oversee inventory by tracking product quantities and arranging for replenishment as needed.
• Arrange Barber school products attractively for client visibility.
• Ensure daily cleanliness and sanitation of the school by cleaning surfaces and managing waste disposal.
• Work with colleagues and other professionals during renovation projects.
• Communicate facility or maintenance issues to the respective manager.
