Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in data management, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in processes.
- Support demand planning efforts by analyzing trends and forecasts.
- Utilize AS400 and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation as needed.
- Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with team members on financial analysis projects.
- Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- Create visual reports using Tableau to present data insights effectively.
- Communicate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in demand planning methodologies and tools.
- Excellent data management skills, including order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to analyze pricing strategies and market trends effectively.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
