About the position
The Inventory Control Analyst at Onto Innovation is responsible for managing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory transactions, and supporting testing and inspection requirements. This role involves working with inventory receipts, cycle counts, and collaborating with service teams to optimize inventory management in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Bloomington Service Picks in Oracle and SAP
- Conduct weekly cycle counts
- Manage quarterly counts including work in process and service counts
- Ensure all inventory transactions are completed and accurate
- Support all testing and inspection requirements
- Expedite processes for Bloomington
- Support Service MRB and transactions
Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Inventory management experience
- Cycle counting experience
- Ability to lead investigations to resolve inventory management issues
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- 4 year college degree is highly recommended
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
