About The Position
SHOE SHOW, INC., the largest privately held footwear retailer in the United States, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Concord, NC. This full-time position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our store inventory and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for tracking shipments, investigating discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records, and maintaining accurate inventory levels across multiple store locations. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as you will be managing multiple projects that have a significant impact on our organization. In this position, you will be expected to communicate effectively with various departments within the company, both verbally and in writing. You will need to work independently while also collaborating with team members to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, with at least two years of relevant experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, as it will facilitate better communication with our diverse workforce and customer base. As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain and track multiple store inventories, reconcile store sales and deposits, and perform other duties as assigned. This role is crucial for ensuring that our inventory management processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of SHOE SHOW, INC.
