About the position

The Inventory Control Associate at Endotronix, Inc. plays a crucial role in managing the inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure a steady supply for manufacturing orders. This position involves material picking, cycle counting, and various inventory control tasks to support the company's mission of transforming heart failure treatment through innovative medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Control inventories of raw materials and finished goods to ensure product availability meets demands.
  • Develop and prepare reporting of inventory control results and activities as required by the manager.
  • Analyze current inventory levels, production speed, and sales forecasts to determine reorder levels with management.
  • Create and execute purchase orders as required.
  • Responsible for inventory cycle counting and conducting frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Stage accepted material for manufacturing processes.
  • Execute inventory dispositions and pick material used by the manufacturing team for production builds.
  • Support finance in the resolution of any inventory discrepancies.
  • Participate in end-of-year physical inventory audit.
  • Liquidate outdated stock and take actions to resolve out-of-stock situations.
  • Assist the shipping department with receiving products or return material.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in inventory control.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel, as well as experience working in an ERP environment.
  • Confidence with basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Professionalism while dealing with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and quickly changing environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Medical device experience helpful, not required.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with others throughout the organization.
