About the position

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Inventory Control team by ensuring the accuracy of inventory transactions related to Finished Goods products. This position involves assisting in the reconciliation of cycle count programs and conducting inventory audits to maintain compliance with SOX regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete training of policies and procedures for the Inventory Control department that enhance efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in ensuring all product is put-away in the correct locations.
• Complete cycle counts/physical inventories daily to have all inventory counted each year.
• Assist in picking inventory for expired and near expired product, and ensuring proper disposition of the product.
• Assist in the processing of parts for decommissioned kits.
• Assist the Customer Service team with expedited requests for Inventory.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of distribution and inventory concepts around product movement, disposition, business processes, and relevant industry compliance.
• Organizational skills to prioritize personal workload and maintain company initiatives.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work within a team environment.
• Computer skills with warehouse management systems and Excel.
