About The Position

The Inventory Control Equipment Operator is responsible for supporting the operational and production needs of the warehouse distribution center at Sephora. This role involves using various motorized and manual material handling equipment to process orders and maintain inventory control, while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Drivers' License with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.
• Strong motor coordination skills to operate equipment safely in tight spaces.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
• Attain required certification in the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
• Process orders using equipment and perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
• Operate RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to flexible work schedules as needed.
• Provide high-quality customer service in line with company standards.
• Cross-train in other job classifications as required.
• Assist maintenance with projects requiring material handling equipment.
