About the position

The Inventory Control Specialist at 3PL Vision LLC is responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role involves using various tools and equipment to track inventory, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records of stock. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and best practices in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform tasks with all models of forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks.
• Follow best practice procedures and company policies.
• Conduct computer data entry and correctly label raw material and finished goods stock.
• Sample finished goods and raw material stock.
• Perform inventory counting and SAP inventory functions.
• Receive goods in cooperation with the T&D and Purchasing department.
• Regularly check inventory levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory/warehouse management concepts and systems.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, or kneel frequently.
