About the position

As an Inventory Control Specialist at Quantum Services, you will embark on an exciting journey each day, starting early in the morning. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on the thrill of movement and variety, as you will travel to different convenience store locations rather than being confined to a single workspace. Your primary mission will be to conduct thorough and accurate counts of all items in the stores, ensuring that inventory levels are precise and discrepancies are addressed promptly. You will utilize a 10-key machine to facilitate these counts, emphasizing the importance of accuracy as your top priority, followed closely by speed. In addition to counting inventory, you will be responsible for problem-solving any inventory-related issues that arise, providing valuable insights to store managers through detailed financial audit reports. Building effective relationships with convenience store managers and team members will be crucial to your success in this role, as collaboration and communication are key components of the job. Responsibilities

• Count all items in the convenience store accurately and efficiently using a 10-key machine
• Address and problem-solve all inventory-related discrepancies and issues
• Provide a financial audit report to the store manager
• Develop effective relationships with C-store managers and team members
• Commute or carpool daily to the convenience stores scheduled for the day

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to perform physical aspects of the position including squatting, kneeling, standing on small ladders, and working in coolers, freezers, and stockrooms
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a personal car to use for work
