About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our Inventory/Quality team. This role is crucial in maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management, and supporting the overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials management and supplier management, with proficiency in relevant systems and tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
• Must have a minimum of Intermediate Level of experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup).
• Basic understanding of Powerpoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Be the main POC for all Distribution Center Inventory questions
• Conduct, Organize, and assign weekly Quality Audits.
• Prepare & Publish Monthly Employee Audit Recaps
• Maintain and update Quality / Inventory Bulletin Board
• Prepare Urgent Employee Audit Recap
• Prepare Quality Monthly Reports
• Update Cross Training Matrix and Publish
• Handle freight claim issues
