About the position

The Inventory Data Entry Clerk is responsible for managing the inflow of stock and ensuring accurate data entry into the inventory systems. This role focuses on office work conducted remotely, with no manual tasks in the warehouse. The clerk will handle deliveries, stock movements, and customer returns while collaborating with various departments to maintain an efficient inventory flow.

Responsibilities

  • Entering all data regarding the deliveries coming in on a daily basis
  • Entering all the stock movements in different locations
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory database system
  • Working closely with sales, purchasing, and other relevant departments to organize the efficient flow of the inventory
  • Entering the data for customer returns

Requirements

  • At least four years work experience in Inventory Data entry
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in the apparel and shoes industry
