About the position

The Inventory Demand Planner at Chambers Bottling Company is responsible for analyzing and forecasting customer demand while developing strategies to meet those requirements. This role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective supply chain management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand.
  • Manage customer orders and inventory levels to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor customer service levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop supply chain strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies.
  • Assist in the development of new products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Inventory Demand Planner.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
