About The Position
The Inventory and Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading the Demand Planning Team and managing day-to-day business needs related to demand planning. This role serves as the functional expert in forecasting processes, facilitates SIOP execution for key business units, and aims to enhance collaboration with business partners to achieve optimal outcomes. Additionally, the manager oversees inventory guidance across the organization, focusing on slow-moving and obsolete inventory, new SKU introductions, and end-of-life process management.
