The Inventory/Facility Operations Manager at BAR548 is a part-time role focused on managing inventory and overseeing bar operations. Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counting every Wednesday at 6:00am
• Order inventory twice a week based on pars and sales
• Forecast changes in inventory requirements based on previous sales, seasons, and events
• Meet with brand vendors and distributors on a consistent weekly basis
• Report timely to decrease slippage and increase profitability
• Manage facility maintenance and delegate tasks as needed
• Communicate proactively with all members of staff and the executive team
• Act as a liaison between all vendors, staff, and the executive team

Requirements

• Previous experience in the bar/restaurant industry strongly preferred
• Inventory management experience strongly preferred
• Facility management experience is a plus
• Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines, including one early morning (6am) shift
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Effective communication skills to work well with the executive team
• Must have own transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
