About the position

We are Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments. We have an opening for an Inventory Manager, where you will work in our distribution center, supporting shipping and receiving operations as well as other areas. This position offers many opportunities for advancement and the chance to learn something new in a dynamic environment. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing the inventory tracking system to accurately record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels. You will evaluate deliveries and shipments, as well as product levels, to improve inventory control procedures. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. In this role, you will also manage team schedules, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations. Building strong business relationships with suppliers and clients will be essential, as you will propose strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain logistics procedures. Monitoring demand and analyzing data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and procedural efficiency issues to management, ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position.
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
  • Organizational and logistics skills.
  • Experience with tracking and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proactive critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs.
