About the position

Edge Autonomy is seeking a dedicated Inventory and Logistics Specialist to manage international shipping and receiving, as well as inventory control. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a strong focus on compliance and efficiency in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments
• Package and ship products for domestic and international export
• Handle documentation related to shipping and receiving
• Prepare and present inventory reports
• Maintain accurate inventory procedures, counts, and policies
• Examine documents for compliance with shipping regulations
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Support miscellaneous stocking, kit-picking, and production tasks
• Adhere to strict cycle count procedures
• Communicate transaction problems or irregularities with Supervisor
• Monitor the safety and security of goods and materials
• Review orders for special requests and shipping information
• Pack products for storage or shipment
• Unpack containers for inventory receiving
• Move material using carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Perform cycle counts on inventory and resolve variances
• Maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving activities
• Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Forklift Certified
• IATA (Hazmat) Certified
• Demonstrated knowledge of International Shipping Regulations
• Experience with Hazmat and Lithium-Ion battery shipping
• Detail-oriented and self-directed
• Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
