About the position

The Tire Warehouse Inventory Manager at MAU Workforce Solutions is responsible for overseeing tire inventory management in the warehouse. This role ensures accurate tracking, optimal stock levels, proper rotation, and compliance with safety standards while addressing issues and training employees on procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate tracking and management of tire inventory within the warehouse.
  • Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and utilize inventory management systems for accurate stock rotation.
  • Identify and address issues related to damaged or expired tires.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Train employees on proper inventory management and warehouse procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse logistics inventory environment
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
  • Comfortable working in environments with extreme heat or cold
  • Physically capable of extensive walking
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
