About the position

The Inventory Manager at Mills Automotive Group is responsible for overseeing the dealership's inventory of luxury automobiles, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient stock management, and optimal inventory levels. This role is crucial for maintaining the dealership's reputation for excellence and ensuring customer access to the latest vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury automotive sales and will represent the Infiniti brand while delivering high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all vehicles in the dealership's inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and order new vehicles as needed to meet customer demand
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely availability of vehicles for customer delivery
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and condition
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to manage vehicle deliveries and returns
• Prepare and present inventory reports to the management team

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional luxury automotive experience or a related luxury industry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with leadership team and high-end clientele
• Tech-savvy, with an aptitude for the latest in-car technology and telematics
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, collaborative spirit
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the prestige of the Infiniti brand
• Impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
• Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
• Proficient in business productivity tools and software
