About the position

As an Inventory Manager at Cirkul, you will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and creating an environment that maximizes production efficiency. This role involves executing cycle counts, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, and driving business results through effective inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy of cycle and wall to wall counts, proper inventory receipts, and shipping/receiving functions.
• Manage the facilities inventory systems and logistics operations to ensure all components are functioning properly.
• Provide improvement ideas on inventory processes and systems.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient movement of materials and people.
• Monitor and control all inventory, shipping, and receiving discrepancies by reviewing, researching, and reporting issues.
• Work cross-functionally with production planning, finance, warehousing, and leadership on Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) that drive business results.

Requirements

• Relevant 4 Year Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• 2-5 years of managing inventory, logistics, or manufacturing.
• 2-5 years working with production ERP(s).
• Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
