About the position

The Inventory Manager at HelloFresh is responsible for overseeing daily inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in inventory management within the Distribution Center. This role involves collaborating with operations to enhance warehouse management systems, leading inventory teams, and driving process improvements to minimize discrepancies and optimize inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory integrity and accuracy.
• Measure inventory transaction integrity while providing feedback to operations and fulfillment teams.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to increase inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Own compliance and consistency for policies and procedures surrounding Inventory Control.
• Collaborate with operations on warehouse management system inventory locations.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies through analysis.
• Lead and supervise inventory teams at the facilities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects impacting inventory.
• Communicate safety-related issues and concerns promptly.
• Evaluate team productivity and accomplishments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years' experience in Inventory Management with proven improvement ability.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in team environments on multiple projects with changing priorities.
• Experience in change management and process improvement activities.
