This includes procuring all necessary parts and materials for seamless operational functionality, managing the expedited receipt and processing of inventory, and preparing, relocating, and/or shipping parts as needed for production or sales purposes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail, which are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and organization of the company's inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure the availability of essential parts and materials to support production and retail sales.
  • Maintain precise inventory tracking.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient warehouse system for proper material management.
  • Procure all necessary parts and materials for operational functionality.
  • Manage the expedited receipt and processing of inventory.
  • Prepare, relocate, and/or ship parts as needed for production or sales purposes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Driver's License required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or SOS inventory software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lean and 5S methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mechanical roles related to heavy equipment.
