About the position
The Inventory Specialist at Trulieve plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a cannabis cultivation facility. This position requires a hands-on approach to ensure accurate inventory management and support for cultivation staff, contributing to the company's mission of providing compassionate care to patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Ability to count the plants within their respective locations
- Ensure that tallied amount is properly reflected in the inventory system
- Move plants and assign them to the new rooms
- Utilize spreadsheets and excel
- Ability to do inventory in multiple facilities
- Responsible for tracking all plants in the warehouses daily to ensure accuracy
- Update changes or new status of plants in the system
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quick learner and team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
