About the position
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels across all product lines. This role involves cycle counting, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring the integrity of physical inventory. The specialist will also assist in developing solutions for inventory issues and report findings to management.
Responsibilities
- Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory integrity
- Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies
- Assign/Reassign defaults
- Report for inventory accuracy
- Drives continuous improvement
- Meet deadlines for projects
- Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in inventory level
- Investigates variances and communicates findings to Manager in a detailed manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of working experience
- Experience with inventory is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work Friday to Sunday
