You will champion On-Shelf Availability and be accountable for all in-store inventory processes, including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns. Additionally, you will validate and ensure the accuracy of planograms, which are essential for maintaining product organization and availability in the store. In this position, you will also be responsible for reviewing and coordinating the proper use of reports and system applications that impact the accuracy of front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing. You will execute and maintain asset protection techniques for both the front end and pharmacy, and file claims for warehouse and vendor discrepancies, such as overages, shortages, and damaged goods, including prescription drugs. Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, you will verify pharmacy shipments and complete postings of pharmacy orders daily. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Training and personal development are essential components of this role.
